1.How to play artkal fuse beads?
Artkal fuse beads are a kind of handmade toy with simple gameplay and easy to get started. It is a DIY toy that is not easy to overturn when there is a drawing. Beans are divided into three-dimensional and two-dimensional. Three-dimensional ones can generally be made into figures, storage boxes, decorations, etc. Flat ones can generally be made into decorative paintings, refrigerator magnets, key chains, etc. There is also a way to play called grid beans (ARTKAL brand). The difference between it and the ironing flat bean works is that there is no need to iron. You only need to stick the beans one by one on the grid according to the pattern on the drawing to complete the work.
2. What do you need to prepare?
Bean puzzle material package (soybeans or red beans), metal tweezers or plastic clips (soybeans can be made directly with hands), templates in square, round, heart-shaped, hexagonal or cartoon shapes (large or small), ironing paper or ironing sheet, masking tape (to fix the work), acrylic rods, glue (for backup), triangular plate (to hold the beans) and iron.
3. How to make?
Use tweezers to place the puzzle beans one by one on the template. After the puzzle is completed, lay out the ironing paper or ironing sheet, preheat the iron, and slowly iron it through the ironing paper. When ironing, lay out the ironing paper and gently iron in circles until you can see the puzzle beans sticking together through the ironing paper. Then remove the puzzle beans from the template. When taking them out, be careful. If there are any unattached puzzle beans, put them back on the template and continue ironing.
Note: For children, the ironing process must be completed by adults.
4. There are two common ironing methods
Single-sided no holes: After removing the puzzle from the template, continue to iron until the holes in the middle of the puzzle are fused together.
Double-sided with holes: After removing the puzzle from the template, turn the puzzle over, put ironing paper on the back and continue ironing until the puzzle on the back is also stuck together.
Finally, carefully lift up the ironing paper after ironing, press the puzzle with a heavy object while it is still hot, and wait for it to cool down.
The production method of three-dimensional puzzles is somewhat different from that of flat puzzles. When ironing, holes need to be left on both sides to facilitate splicing and assembly. It doesn't matter if you have no experience, practice makes perfect, and try it a few more times. The core of three-dimensional puzzles is the drawings and assembly methods. In addition to various public drawings, friends who know how to model and draw can study the drawings by themselves.
